This year we shipped 888 commits, 2.6M+ lines added, 1.7M lines removed, and 56 releases (including v2.0.0).
- 🛡️ Spam Scanner & Tangerine Updates – Major improvements to our open-source spam filtering and DNS-over-HTTPS libraries, 🧠 Spam Scanner and 🍊 Tangerine.
- ✉️ Core IMAP/POP3 Fixes – Hundreds of bug fixes and optimizations for rock-solid email retrieval.
- 🏗️ DataPacket Infrastructure Migration – Our entire infrastructure is now largely migrated to bare metal servers in Denver, CO.
- 📇 CardDAV Launch – Contact synchronization is now available alongside email, calendar, and tasks.
- 🏖️ Vacation Responder – A highly-requested auto-reply feature.
- 🔒 Argon2id + OpenPGP/WKD Encryption – Enhanced security with upgraded password hashing and email forwarding encryption.

⚙️ Bare Metal Infrastructure ⚙️
Our migration to DataPacket's bare metal servers in Denver, CO represents a major investment in performance, reliability, and ability to offer new features. Check out these posts and our security infrastructure page for a behind-the-scenes look:

All paid accounts ($3/mo) include 10 GB of encrypted storage and work with any mail client like Apple Mail, Outlook, or Thunderbird. We fully support IMAP, POP3, SMTP, CalDAV, and CardDAV.

- 🇪🇺 EU Datacenter – Growth required us to focus on existing infrastructure first, but it's in progress.
- 💻 Custom Webmail – PWA with offline mode, desktop and mobile apps (we decided to build our own instead of using SnappyMail).
